2. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund Conditions

  : Clients are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The project has not yet commenced.
  • The initial design mockup has not been approved.
  • The client cancels the project within 48 hours of payment.

• Partial Refund Conditions: If work has commenced but is not completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. This will be assessed relative to the total project scope.

• No Refund Conditions: No refunds will be issued if:
  
  • The design mockup has been approved.
  • Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication or failure to provide necessary materials.
  • The project is completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.

3. Processing Refunds

• Timeframe for Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
• Deductions: Any applicable service fees or costs incurred during the project may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Special Circumstances

• Domain Registration and Third-party Services: Fees for domain registration and third-party services (e.g., hosting) are generally non-refundable, as these payments are made in advance to external providers.
• Disputes: In case of disputes regarding refunds, clients may seek resolution through mediation or legal channels as per European consumer protection laws.
